As a coach, I'll meet you where you're at and help you discover the values, practices, tools, rituals, and traditions that are a match for you. I reach into modern therapeutic methods, metaphysical and spiritual lore, and the energetic universe for wisdom to support your journey toward your truest, fullest self.
